licensed plumber will have to install the gas line and
hook-up of gas to heater. Homeowner is responsible for
having this done. We will furnish and set the heater.

AS OF 2002, THE GAS COMPANY NOW CHARGES CHANGING OUT
OF METERS FROM RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL (NEEDED TO

AQUA-CAL
HEATWAVE ICEBREAKER. This system will not freeze.
Total Cost is $8,240.00. This system both heats and
cools the water in your pool. (Your panel box must
have enough amperage to pull the 60 amps or the
homeowner will be responsible for a sub-panel for the
60 amp service.)
AUTO
PILOT DG-48 SALT-CHLORINE GENERATOR (SALT SYSTEM)
"POOL PILOT DIGITAL SYSTEM" - Furnished and
dinstalled (for pools up to 20' X 40') - $2,600.00.
Please note: This is the top of the line system on the
market and comes with its own Timer/Freeze Protector
so that you do not have to worry about it freezing
during the winter months. We also install brass/bronze
anchor sockets to avoid corrosion.
Swimout

Goldline
Aqua Logic P-4 Salt System. Comes with two (2) freeze
protectors with an extra 40 amp service run to it --
it also comes with two (2) timers. If you select this
salt system, you have the option of adding remote
controls (at an additional charge) either now or at a
later date. We Consider this to be the best salt
system on the market. Cost: $3,000.00
Sliding
Board - Blue or White - Right or Left Turn - Installed
$2,884.00. We also hookup a waterline to the filter
system and run it to the slide and install a shut-off
valve. Waterline hookup with Gate Valve will be an
additional $350.00.
Please
be aware that we do not recommend slides
because of safety reasons - children getting hurt.

price includes 3000 or 4000 (depending on the weather)
commercial mix concrete with fiber mesh and white PVC
expansion joints. We add the fiber mesh to the
concrete at the jobsite. This makes for a stronger
concrete mixture.
NOTE:
We sell any other type of equipment needed for pools.
CUSTOMER
IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FILLING POOL. WE RECOMMEND GARDEN
HOSE, IF YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE WATER TANKED IN OR USE A
FIRE HYDRANT - THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR
CHEMICALS & LABOR TO CLEAN THE WATER PRIOR TO
BALANCING.
OUR
PRICING IS BASED ON NOT HAVING TO HAUL IN DIRT OR NOT
HAVING TO REMOVE DIRT FROM JOBSITE. IF THIS BECOMES
NECESSARY, THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. AT
PRESENT, OUR BASE PRICE FOR USE OF BOBCAT WITH
OPERATOR IS $100.00 PER HOUR. OUR BASE PRICE FOR USE OF
DUMP TRUCK IS $150.00/10 TON TRUCK PER LOAD AND
$200.00/TANDEM TRUCK PER LOAD.

SHOULD
IT BE NECESSARY FOR THE ELECTRICIAN TO INSTALL A
SUBSTATION, THE PRICE WILL BE INCREASED ACCORDINGLY.
